  1. I'm trying to install a network at home
  2. using plip to connect 2 computers.
  3.  
  4. The idea is to connect a unix machine (Linux)
  5. with a DOS machine running windows with trumpet
  6. winsock.dll and using a crynwr driver for the plip
  7. packet support.
  8.  
  9. We have already connected both machines with Linux.
  10.  
  11. The problem is that the plip protocol implemented in linux
  12. is  seams to be different from the one that crynwr implements
  13. although the linux plip.c source says that it was based on
  14. the crynwr driver.
  15.  
  16. If anyone has any suggestions to make please email me to

  53. Can you elaborate on this for us stupid people?  Is something that
  54. goes into system.ini?  Will this simply allow WinMosaic to run or will
  55. it get rid of the resource hogging problem?  David
